- Registration Begins 6:00 pm Hospitality Room at the Park Plaza Hotel

Saturday September 15th

- 7:00 am Registration continues
- 9:00 am Mass at the Cathedral of St. Helena
- 10:30 am Business Meetings
- 12:30 pm Lunch in the Ballroom (State Officer Installation)
- 6:00 pm Cocktail Hour – No host Bar
- 7:00 pm Banquet Dinner in the Ballroom with entertainment to follow
